STRESSEDOne of the few reasons we get a nervous breakdown is because of stress. And noramlly stress builds up when we procrastinate, or in other words, leave things aside for a period of time until the due date arrives and rush to complete it in time, ie. homework assignments. When we are stressed, we cannot focus properly on things and may result in carelessness and etc. Being stressed is an awful feeling. When we are stressed, we may lose control of what we're doing and thus make a whole load of mistakes that can be avoided when we are calm. When faced with adversities, we should stay composed so that our brain would be able to think clearly and function well, instead of worrying and being pessimistic (like me :x) When we are stressed, we should seek help from our good friends, to ask for some advice or just lending a listening ear, instead of keeping to ourselves and bottling up our unhappiness and let our mind run wild. We should confide in our closest friends whom we trust. Spilling everything out empties the burdens locked inside our heart, as our friends would be there to share our burdens. Sometimes when we are stressed, we lose control of ourselves and are just not our normal selves. Attempting to be strong and appear strong is not the solution. Everyone has their own weak points and moments. We should always bear in mind that our friends would always be there for us no matter what, and go to them when we are in need or face with obstacles. Going to a trusted adult, either our teachers or parents, can also be a good solution as adults are more experienced than us, they can often aid us with our problems and offer us valuable advice. Never be afriad to speak out. Dealing with stress need not always be a painful process. (: |
