Watched this police case show on CH. 48 ytd night and didn't dare to go to sleep T.TLols. There's all the photos of murder cases, all sickeningly bloody and all. Then the murderer appeared, wearing a black cloak and masked with a white face mask, holding a knife and attempting to murder the victim. I was frightened to bits >< Ya very cowardly lah. :x Kept imagining all sorts of stupid stuffs as I tried to coax myself to sleep. So lame la. Then I told my mum I didn't dare to go to sleep. Then she was like laughing at me. Thirteen years old still scared of what?! Big girl liao leh. >< Zzz.. Realised that darkness is very frightening. It gives one a feeling of insecurity, leaving one unsure and lost. The feeling being engulfed in darkness alone is really torturous. Now I know how the visually-disabled people feel like when they have to grope in the dark to familiarise themselves with their surroundings even in the broad daylight. A world without colours. Pitch-black. Without any ray of light to light their walkway. Not knowing what will happen next, as they cannot see and thus have to rely on their other senses to defend themselves. What about the visually-disabled and the erm. deaf or mute? (no offence) It must be very hard for them. Imagine their pitiful state. We are really very fortunate to be living in this world without any defects, and yet, we are still dissatisfied with our life at times, and yearn for more. We should be contented with what we have in the moment, and not lust after things that we do not possess. Yeahs(: |
